3. Use of Services

Our Services involve the integration of AI-powered digital assistants into businesses to enhance interaction efficiency. These assistants operate on a token-based system, allowing customers to purchase and use tokens to access various functionalities.

3.2 Licensing

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
Exploit the Services or tokens in any unauthorized manner.

4. Token System

4.1 Purchase and Usage

Tokens are virtual units that grant access to specific functionalities of the AI-powered assistants. Tokens are purchased through our platform and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4.2 Expiration

Tokens may have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused tokens will not be refunded after expiration.

4.3 Misuse

Any misuse of tokens, including unauthorized access or tampering, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in limited circumstances, such as technical errors attributable to the Company. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
