This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") outlines the service commitments for GRL LLC – Generative Response Logic.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control.
Support is available via email at support@grlfriend.ai during business hours. Critical issues will be addressed within 4 hours.
If uptime falls below the guaranteed level, customers may request service credits. Requests must be made within 30 days of the incident.
