End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and GRL LLC – Generative Response Logic ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our software, AI-powered digital assistants, or related services ("Software"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for illegal activities.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.

4. Ownership

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.

5. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement if you violate any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
